Our commitments

Three promises we keep.

  • Registered products only

Every product is registered with the Egyptian authorities and sourced directly from approved manufacturers.

  • Protected cold chain

Monitored storage and refrigerated delivery for vaccines and temperature-sensitive products.

  • Pharmacovigilance

Every reported concern is investigated, documented and shared with the manufacturer.

The product journey

Stored in temperature-monitored warehouses with 24/7 logging.

  5. 5

    Farm & clinic

Delivered with storage guidance for the end user.

Pharmacovigilance

Safety doesn’t end at delivery.

We monitor the products we distribute after they reach the market. If a veterinarian or farmer notices an unexpected reaction, a lack of effect or a problem with a product’s packaging or condition, our quality team investigates and works with the manufacturer on the outcome.

To share a concern, contact our quality team at Amcovet.egypt@amcovet-af.com with the product name and batch number.

Always use veterinary products under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian and follow the label instructions, including withdrawal periods.
